Dr O’Regan provides specialist eye care from his private rooms at Bon Secours Hospital Limerick and also sees patients at the Eye Lids and Face Clinic in Ennis. His practice includes retinal disease and eye injections, glaucoma, laser treatment, general ophthalmology and minor eyelid procedures.

He completed Higher Specialist Training in Medical Ophthalmology before undertaking a fellowship in Medical Retina and Uveitis at Bristol Eye Hospital, a leading UK tertiary eye centre. He also teaches ophthalmology at the University of Limerick Graduate Entry Medical School.
